Refund policy

Invoices are due upon receipt. If you receive an invoice but do not pay it immediately, the item you requested may sell out. Items are sold on the basis of paid orders, regardless of outstanding invoices. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, UNDELIVERED, OR NON-DELIVERABLE ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify their shipping information is correct. Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase and store credit will be given, no cash refunds. YOU MUST EMAIL US BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM. Buyer is responsible for shipping on return items. Preorders, sale items, and jewelry are final, no returns. Returns will not be accepted on items that have been worn, washed, or that are not in brand new condition.
